Miss Texas Pole Star 2011

Please join us for the original and 1st pole competition in Texas, "Miss Texas Pole Star" on September 16, 2011 at The Lizard Lounge. As always, it will be a spectacular Texas style show featuring the best Pole Athletes in the state of Texas! Special performance by Miss Texas Pole Star 2010, Amy Henderson and other surprise guest performers.

Pole for a Purpose

We are a group of studio owners and pole dance student enthusiasts that are putting our heads and hearts together to support good causes in our community!

Four FL Pole Fitness studios will be coming together to perform and raise money for Vixens Against Violence, a local domestic violence non-profit.

Great Mid West Pole Dance Competition

Midwest Pole Dancing was launched in August, 2010 when the first regional pole jam was hosted outside of Chicago. In addition to a 3-hour jam, workshops and showcase attended by more than 60 pole dancers, the desire to network and inspire other pole dancers was obvious and became the focus of MWPD for future events and communication.

Pole Dance Universe

Pole dance is now a widely recognized and fast growing form of exercise in different parts of the world. It is on TV, in magazines and mass media. Celebrities are proud of including it in their fitness routines. It appeals to people of different ages and body shapes providing them with boredom-free and challenging workout regime. It requires the flexibility, and agility of a sport, and the grace, creativity and passion of an art.

Pole Unity 2011

Pole Unity will be held at the Wyollotts Theatre Potters Bar Hertfordshire on June 25th 2011. This fund raising events deserved cause is young Debbie Ploughman the mum who was disabled in a freak pole dance accident.

Polesque

Polesque is an evening of burlesque performances and a pole dancing competition. Back for the third time, Polesque brings its blend of cutting edge burlesque and competitive pole dancing to Galapagos. Straddling the line between art and spectacle, risqué and risky, Polesque is not a night to miss. As always there will be surprise performances from some of the world's best in burlesque. This third incarnation of Polesque will be a rare treat, so be sure to get your tickets early as Polesque will sell out fast!

Head Over Heels Pole Dance ShowCase

Debuting in March 2011, Head Over Heels will take Raleigh by storm with an evening of artistry, athleticism and retail therapy. This bimonthly event is designed to entertain and empower women throughout the year with a series of unique and exciting ladies nights. Mr/Mrs Tri_State Pole Competition

Pole Pressure will be hosting the first, annual Tri-State Pole Competition where the best of Maryland, Virginia and DC can apply to compete. This is open to all instructors, divas, students, and any passionate poler, whether you are male or female.

Only 6 Will Be Chosen and Only 1 Will Win the Title of 'Mr. or Miss Pole Tri-State'.

Jessica Clowers of Pole Dance Addiction decided that the MidWest needed some pole love and created the Midwest Pole Competition. LA Pole Show

California Pole Dance Championship

Twelve of California’s best will compete for cash and prizes. But most of all they will be battling it out for the title of California’s Pole Dance Champion.
Before and after the competition there will be feature presentations performed by the most celebrated pole artists in the business, including performances by very special guests including, World Champion Felix Cane and US Champion Alethea Austin.

In the USPDF competitions, all competitors perform two rounds: one compulsory routine and one optional routine in which they score points based on a 10.0-scale determined by judges. Whoever scores the highest points combined wins the competition.

On October 1st 2009, six of America’s most skillful and sensual pole dancers performed amazing and athletic dance skills at the Pole Superstar Competition at NYC’s Highline Ballroom.
Competing for $10,000 cash and more, the dancers flipped, climbed and twirled in front of New York City’s glitterati including celebrities and VIP guests.
