Estee Zakar was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. As a child she loved gymnastics and dance, and in college she performed on the University dance team. When she found that she was able to combine the strength of gymnastics with the expression of dance, she fell madly in love with pole dancing. She believes that pole dancing is not only one of the best and most creative forms of fitness, but that it is art.

Today, Estee is a competitive professional pole dance champion. She placed 2nd in the 2010 National USPDF Competition and was awarded the last title of Miss Trixter. Estee is proud to be sponsored by Bad Kitty, X-Pole, and Mighty Grip. Estee is also a master pole fitness instructor and teaches workshops at all levels as well as performing internationally.

Estee is one of three brand directors and co-creator for first pole fitness apparel line, B PoleFit by Bad Kitty. Pole Fit is fitness apparel specifically made for pole dancers, by pole dancers. Estee is thrilled to be infusing her creativity and style into one of the fastest international pole fit apparel brands in the world. She is happy to have a clothing line that is dedicated to the fitness side of pole. And she thinks you should be too – especially if you are worried about coverage. PoleFit is for pole dancers, and as a company, Bad Kitty is listening to the dancers and their needs, which Estee think is great.

Estee was the first ever chosen X-pole girl, fitness model and representative for X-POLE USA & X-POLE Mexico. Mighty Grip was the first ever hand grip aid to premier in the pole fitness community. It comes as no surprise Mighty grip wanted Estee on their Mighty Grip team.

In addition to the companies mentioned above, Estee is also an active member in a number of national pole organizations. She is a representative for the PFA (Pole Dance Federation Association), as well as a representative for International Pole Dance Magazine. She has been featured in numerous other pole magazines including Pole 2 Pole magazine and International Pole Dance magazine. In 2012 she was the cover model for Vertical Art & Fitness Magazine.

Several years ago, Estee moved to Colorado to complete her education. She holds a dual degree in Psychology and Sociology with a Masters degree in Social Work. In addition, she has completed an animal assisted therapy certification. Currently Estee works with high-risk youth, children with special needs and participates in training service and therapy dogs for animal rescue organizations.

Estee hopes to use pole dance fitness as a way to empower women and men of all shapes and sizes to reach their full potential and to help them feel confident, strong and sexy.
