This video requires a foam roller and a resistance band (sold separately). This video, designed for pole dancers by pole dancers, will show you the benefits of using a foam roller and resistance band to increase strength and flexibility. The foam roller is used to break up scar tissue and unwind tight muscles while the resistance band increases range of motion and may help to prevent injury in the joints. We will show you how to do each exercise, plus give you an example of how these exercises can help you in different areas of your pole work.
