Bad Kitty will process and ship your order within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) for domestic orders and 36-72 hours (1.5 - 3 business days) for international.These processing times DO NOT include weekends or holidays. This is an approximate time frame, based on stock and quantity. If we receive your order over the weekend, the order will begin processing on the following Monday morning. We use USPS and UPS for all shipments. Bad Kitty reserves the right to choose the shipping method of delivery.

During high volume seasons, such as Halloween, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas, Processing times may be extended. Please contact us directly if you need your items by a certain date.

Shipping Rates

All shipping rates are based on the weight and destination of your order. You can calculate the cost of shipping by adding the items you would like to your cart, then select the shipping estimator and shipping method to view the cost and delivery time. If you live the USA and your order is over $75.00 USD you may qualify for Free Shipping. If you order only PoleFit items and reside in the USA, you will also be provided with Free First Class Main shipping. Some restrictions will apply to certain products, including but not limited to Poles, etc. Any product that has an additional shipping charges will be added on the Product Description page to your cart.

Bad Kitty reserves the right to choose the shipping method provided with free shipping, which can range from UPS Ground, USPS First Class, & USPS Priority.

In other cases, Standard Shipping for $9.99 will be sent USPS Priority.

Expedited Shipping

2nd Day shipping and 3 Day shipping rates are also available for an expedited shipping fee. We currently do not offer Next Day Rates. If you are interested in expedited shipping, please Contact Us or leave us a message on the check out page. We will then contact you with your expedited shipping options.

Shipping Transit Time

Domestic: (5-7 business days) All orders will be processed within 2 business days of the date of purchase. All orders are shipped UPS ground and USPS Priority.  Once your order has been shipped it will take approximately 5-7 business days via UPS and 1-3 business days via USPS, depending on your location. 

All shoes are shipped via UPS from California. We are unable to ship shoes to PO Boxes and APOs.

International: (6-10 business days) International orders can be shipped by either USPS or UPS. Although UPS is more expensive, they will provide you with full tracking from start to finish. USPS will only update you on the tracking once the package has been shipped and when the package is released by your customs office.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. is not responsible for these additional charges. 

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs Policies vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information. Please be advised that customs clearance procedures are required and can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 

If you choose not to accept your package, refuse to pay the duties/taxes/brokerage fees, Bad Kitty Inc. will decide to either abandon the package or pay to have it reshipped back to the United States. As a result all fees will be deducted from your purchase amount. In some cases you will receive no refund because the cost of the return could be more than or equal to your purchase. If Bad Kitty Inc. chooses not to accept the package back it will be abandoned and you will not receive a refund. Other cases will result in a 15% restocking fee, and no shipping costs will be refunded.

 **Please be advised that the 6-10 days DOES NOT include any time that your country holds your package in customs. Depending on your country this could take additional time. Tracking on the order will not update until the package is released from your customs office. Most countries will contact you to obtain the duties/taxes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from Bad Kitty. If you are a domestic customer your order may have multiple tracking numbers. This is the fastest and most efficient way to get your products to you quickly! So, if you got your shorts, and not your shoes, make sure to check your order in My Account > View Orders to see if there are still items that are Processing. International customers will receive one tracking number from either UPS or USPS.

Shipping to Hotels

If you are an international customer that is going to be in the country and would like to have your package shipped to a hotel, please make sure the following is completed:

1. Shipping address MUST include the Name of the Hotel along with Guest Name

2. Please contact the Front Desk of the hotel once the order is completed so they are aware that you will be receiving a package during your stay

3. Please make sure that you read the transit times of shipping to make sure that your package will arrive during your stay. It is requested that you upgrade your shipping to UPS 2nd Day or 3rd Day when shipping to hotels to make sure that the products arrive at the time you do.

4. Any orders that are REFUSED by the HOTEL will be charged a 15% restocking fee. It is YOUR responsibility to inform the hotel that you are receiving a package there. Any packages sent back to us will be charged this fee.

Please be advised that Bad Kitty Inc. is NOT responsible for any packages that are confirmed as delivered to a hotel that the customer does not receive. If it has been received by the property it is no longer our responsibility to make sure you get your package.
